I interpret Gerhard’s ability in building teams, transforming our thinking and growing us and our business as ‘God’s gift to him and he will not waste his given talent sitting around when he has the ability to add value to the lives of others and the will to survive. He is an academic who is very knowledgeable in his field of expertise.

He had the responsibility for the livelihood of all the employees as he would say and we need to deliver extraordinary performances to be ahead of our competitors and he set us growth targets and ensured that we had the resources to achieve our growth. I am grateful for my development under his leadership and I can say the same on behalf of all his team, and I know that wherever he is, Gerhard will add value.
