Gerhard Kotzee
- I’m passionate about sharing my experience, gained over the last 30 years in corporate management, to help companies (executives & teams) reach their full potential. The potential I refer to, spans the executive’s professional- and personal life, as I have learnt that a “complete” individual’s impact is much more lasting and constructive. He/she will be much more effective in building really strong teams that can deliver results consistently through challenging circumstances.
- A step change in my career has taken place in 2016 when I was led to start sharing my experience as operational manager/businessman with companies and executives. It is based on the principles of fathering more than teaching.
- I am inspired by career opportunities in which I am required to build / coach teams, act entrepreneurially and achieve business goals as part of a team of people. I am a good leader of people, achieved through leading by example and being fair and consistent. I have a passion for organising companies to reach their goals and creating a new challenging vision in cooperation with the owners.

Dabar Enterprises was established with a vision of using coaching/mentoring as a tool to assist clients (individual and teams) to discover their personal purpose in life. When one works and contributes to society from an understanding of what you have been born to do and achieve during your life, we believe work becomes so meaningful that one cannot but be successful, whilst enjoying what you do.
The word “Dabar” is referred to in Prov 25:2 – “It is the glory of God to conceal a thing (Dabar): but the honour of kings is to search out a matter (Dabar).”
The meaning of this Hebrew word is (amongst other possibilities), a word (signifying identity), a purpose or a promise which we believe refers to one’s life created purpose. Using this journey of searching in all spheres of life, including business and business management, will activate and motivate the person and their organisations to achieve great results, bring change to their spheres of influence whilst being fulfilled and at peace.
Mission Statement
Dabar Enterprises aim to impact as many people and organisations as possible by using business and management experience gained over many years in a coaching/mentoring journey to find, understand and live their unique purpose. This will have a profound impact on the individual, their organisation and the environment where they operate in. The customers success is our goal.

I have taken a step change in my management career. My dream is to mentor / father willing people in the business management space. It will be through various methods eg. Executive coaching, using meaningful conversations and people development tools to assist clients in the process of becoming. As a licensed practitioner of the Insights Discovery programme I now add team effectiveness and sales effectiveness interventions at companies. I'll also work as a non-executive empowered director to assist teams with vision and tactics in their business. Team development will be an important intervention at companies as this remains an area where congruence is still missing and can deliver great results at companies. I would also pursue entrepreneurial opportunities in partnership with great people.
